Operations Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Process customer orders promptly and accurately

  • Coordinate sea /air freight shipments and transport arrangement

  • Book service with co-loaders for import / export and trans-shipment

  • Prepare billings

  • Import / Export permit declarations and custom clearance

  • Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customer’s shipment

  • Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirement

  • Liaise and sourcing for the cargo space with different modes of transports

 

Requirements

 

  • GCE "N" / "O" level or higher with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience

  • Knowledge in logistics or supply chain industry

  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Previous customer services is an added advantage
