
Operations Service Coordinator
Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders promptly and accurately
-
Coordinate sea /air freight shipments and transport arrangement
-
Book service with co-loaders for import / export and trans-shipment
-
Prepare billings
-
Import / Export permit declarations and custom clearance
-
Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customer’s shipment
-
Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirement
-
Liaise and sourcing for the cargo space with different modes of transports
Requirements
-
GCE "N" / "O" level or higher with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
-
Knowledge in logistics or supply chain industry
-
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Previous customer services is an added advantage
